These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered project management services, including task decomposition, auto scheduling, resource allocation, and risk early warning features, available at https://ganttai.tech (the "Service").
⚠️ Important: By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
2.1 Our Service
GanttAI provides an AI-powered platform that helps teams decompose tasks intelligently, allocate resources automatically, calculate schedules using CPM (Critical Path Method), and预警 risks before they happen.
2.2 Service Nature
The Service is a digital SaaS product delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations as detailed in Section 7.
2.3 AI Model Disclosure
This Service uses third-party AI model providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Service performance and availability may be affected by these providers' operational status. Significant disruptions will be notified to users promptly.

Use of the Service requires creating an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all operations under your account.

Credit packs are one-time purchases that grant you a specified number of AI generation credits. Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period and do not roll over to subsequent purchases. These are not subscriptions and do not involve automatic recurring charges.
5.1 One-Time Purchase
Credit pack purchases are one-time payments. You authorize a single charge for the selected credit pack at the time of purchase. There is no automatic renewal or recurring billing.
5.2 Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). If required by applicable law, we will collect and remit such taxes on your behalf.
5.3 Payment Processing
Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor Waffo and is not stored on our servers.

9.1 Output Content Ownership
Subject to compliance with these Terms, AI content generated from your inputs ("Output Content") belongs to you. You may use Output Content for any lawful purpose permitted under Section 10.
9.2 Input Content License
By submitting content to the Service ("Input Content"), you grant GanttAI a limited, non-exclusive license solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your Input Content for AI model training without your explicit consent.
9.3 Third-Party AI Model Dependency
This Service uses third-party AI model providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Output Content may be influenced by these providers' models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not responsible for content generated by third-party models.
9.4 AI Output Accuracy
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Output Content before relying on it.

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including personal productivity improvement, business automation, and research and development activities.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy.

AI output from this Service may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not use it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with qualified professionals before taking action based on AI content.
12.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GanttAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim event.
These Terms remain effective during your use of the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in suspected fraud, or when required by law. If we terminate the Service for reasons not attributable to your breach, we will prorate refund any prepaid unused portion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@ganttai.tech.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact us at legal@projectai.com to attempt informal resolution.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
