Refund Policy

1. Credit Pack Purchases

All payments for GanttAI credit packs are processed through Waffo, our secure payment provider. Credit packs are one-time purchases that grant you a specified number of AI generation credits valid for 30 days from purchase. These are not subscriptions and do not involve automatic recurring charges.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. In general:

• Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund available if you have not used any credits
• After 7 days: No refunds available, but you can continue using remaining credits
• Technical issues: If the service is unavailable, contact support for assistance

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank without first contacting us, your GanttAI account may be suspended pending resolution.
